Age limit in hospitals

Hello everyone! I am new to this site. I am a second courser. I have been applying to hospitals here but usually they have an age limit. Do you also experience the same when you applied? I am thinking of working abroad but usually they require experience. How did you cope with it? What did you do? :confused:,

same problem with me... they usually prefer 21-30yo tho im not over 30 yet but imma 2nd courser..... most of the time we would go for paid trainings.. volunteer work.. etc..

hello sunmoonlight! :) thank you for the info. I guess i have no other choice but to go for volunteer work and paid trainings. After that i do not know what i will be doing... we cannot be volunteers forever. I do not want to apply to other jobs because i really want to practice my nursing. I do not want to lose hope. :redbeathe
