Hello!
I am currently an RN at an acute care facility in Arizona full time. I am hoping of beginning a part time job in aesthetics. I do not have any prior experience and will be completing a certification course soon. I have been offered a job at a spa as an injector, pay will be discussed in the following weeks to determine if this is something I want to pursue. My question is, what is the best pay method? We discussed an hourly wage plus commission or just commission. What would be a reasonable hourly pay for a beginner injector? Any information would be valuable! I do not have any acquaintances in the industry so information has been hard to come by.
