Aesthetic Nursing in Europe

Hello! I am thinking about relocating to Europe after I finish my RN program where I plan to focus on aesthetic nursing immediately after graduation. I am not really worried about getting a job because I have a lot of experience in the aesthetics world already, just not as an RN. I plan to do a year or two here and then relocate to Europe.

Anyway, I'd like to relocate ideally to a major city in Germany, but I hear Germany doesn't really have nurses and is completely unregulated so that the nurses they do have don't perform the duties they would in the USA as a nurse.

So I'm wondering how the aesthetic nursing field works in places like Germany? There are plastic surgeon offices and medispas everywhere, so I'm sure there must be plenty of jobs for aesthetic nurses, no?

Does anyone live in Europe (non-UK) and work as an aesthetic nurse? How does it work where you live? Thanks
