Hi all,

I am currently in my last year of nursing school and am starting to look for a full time job. I have been doing a lot of research about Advocate Illinois Masonic and their residency program. It sounds like a great program! I was reading their requirements and it says that they prefer applicants with no healthcare experience beyond school clinicals. Does anyone know if that is actually the case or how strict they are with that preference?
