advice? PLEASE!

I am a new nurse and even though I passed boards in April , I have been a charge nurse in a LTC and now am a hh nurse and

I still do not feel like any of those positions are for me. I am needing advice in how long did it take any of you do know what feild you wanted to work in or did you already know?

I feel lost and confused but is this normal for new grads?

Please any advice or suggestions would be deeply appreciated!!!

Your starting here was a good beginning but,hell,I'm biased. lol

Explore the possibility of hospital employment. You would be around many different nursing disciplines and have the opportunity of transferring. Visit the nursing speciaties and disciplines here and ask the nurses about their motivations.
