Advice for New PCT

Hi!! I was just hired as a per diem PCT working the night shift (11:45 pm - 7:00 am) in the float pool. I just finished my interview and was offered a position today! I would get a week of training and would shadow under a trained PCT for the first ten shifts before I start on my own. In addition to this, I'm starting up an internship (20 hr a week) for my undergrad as a Public Health major and working as an AmeriCorps volunteer at my college's food pantry (20 hrs a week). It's definitely a lot, but my internship is unpaid and I need to cover my Summer tuition and housing. Plus I probably do this workload during a regular semester with around 18 credits on average (six classes).

I was curious if there were any tips and advice I should know before starting a PCT position. I've looked around and haven't seen any specific to NJ, so I was curious to see if there was anything different from other areas. My ultimate goal is to become a registered nurse and get my second degree BSN/entry-level MSN next year in May.
