Now, I can actual say, "I'm on my way" I just found out that I passed the NCLEX, and can really look foward to the future. I start working Tues. although not in an ICU, I'll start in cardio, and then in a year, I think I'll try to transfer into an ICU. I will retake Chem 1 & 2, study for the GRE, and of course focus on taking the CCRN once I get my hours in ICU. Is there anything else I can do in the meantime, my nursing GPA was 3.87, so other than Chem, I will probley not take any other classess. The school I woant to apply says that they would advice students not to take grad. level nursing courses just b/c it might mess up there full time status once in the program. The program is over 31months so only 2-3 courses the first couple of semster. I still wanted to get any input into what I should start really focusing on, since now I am able to look past the"now".
THanks
