Advice for coaching

I am an ANM at moderately large hospital. I have staff RN who is such a great RN, but she came from an overflow floor that had been brand new and had a very disorganized orientation. I also recently found she was bullied by one of her preceptors. She told me she had autism when she tried and precepting, and there were communication issues between her and her orientee. I see such great potential in her. She transferred to my unit which is an IMCU level Neuro level floor. We also take overflow.

I am worried about how to approach the topic with her or what tools I can give her. I need to help her with her critical thinking and communication skills. I don't want her to feel disheartened because I see so much potential in her.

Any advice on resources to give her and how to approach it.
