Advice on brushing up on clinical skills

Hello,

I left the bedside after being a charge nurse on a med-surg floor for five years. I am currently a radiation-oncology nurse and I am not providing direct nursing care. I am looking for recommendations on what I can do so I do not loose my skills (such as starting IV's and information regarding evidence-based practice) as one day I will return back to the bedside.
