Advice to become a competitive applicant?

Published

Hey guys!

I am applying to LSU BSN program for fall 2018. Does anyone know of any tips that can help me become a competitive applicant and hopefully get in the program? I volunteer at UMC hospital for a year and a half. I took the HESI and receive a 83%, should I retake? I rushed on last few sections. I am currently a medical assistant and a medical receptionist at a clinic. I am finishing up my prereq to send before January 15, 2018.

Sounds like a question you should ask the program director or other point-of-contact at LSU. That person would have the most helpful advice in applying to the program under your particular circumstances.
