Advanced search operators to search for jobs

Nurses General Nursing

i was wanting to know if there are syntax type things you can add like quotations or other things more computer literate people use to greater specify there key word searches. i am specifically hoping to apply this to job search for nursing jobs. i want to be able to specify a listing must include at least one of the terms from several categories

job title to include "rn" "nurse" "registered nurse" without excluding results that don't include all of those terms

say for instance if you select any words, you'll see jobs that contain at least one of the keywords you listed.

the same for

specialty "med/surg" "tele" "acute care"

but for things such as specific phrases within the job listing itself

ie "willing to train" "new grads welcome" "residency for entry level"

with all words or exact phrase selected, the resulting jobs must contain all of the keywords or the exact phrase you listed.

so i don't get results that include words like "train" and "new" and "residency" that are included in non entry level position i don't qualify for.

or exclusionary rules that eliminate jobs with words or phrases in the description that say "one year experience...required" "two years ... in ... department required". in an idea world a way to eliminate or mark listing with the exact words from other listing of the exact same job i have already read through and filtered as one i do not qualify for.

what i am looking for is ways to use symbols such as "" or , or () or other symbols to give the computer meaning to what i am searching for when there is no specialty for new grad or residency for new acute care nurses that exists or works well on job search site or search engines. a way to combine several of these different rules to one search so some words and phrases can follow various rules.
