hi, anyone heard of the name Kizzy Kalu who processed papers of nurses from the Philippines to go to Colorado U.S.A.? my friend spent $6,500 already within 6 months, and she told me that USCIS denied her papers and she dont know why, and Kizzy said the Atty. Fragomen knows the reason and not him (Kizzy) so my friend was told to appeal something like that... and it might take 2 years raw. hmmm anyone heard of this names? If this is a scam or not? thanks.
