Admission Offer to TWU Houston after denied from Dallas Campus?

I recently submitted my application for the TWU Dallas Traditional program for Spring 2022. In the questions portion of the app, it states if the applicant would like to be considered a spot at the Houston campus if denied from the Dallas program. Has this happened to anyone or know anyone in this situation? I wanna know if there is an actual chance this may happen.

This happened to me for this upcoming fall semester. I applied for dallas traditional but since my scores weren't competitive enough, I was given a spot at the houston campus.
