ACEN Accredited School - Thailand

Hello all, 

I am an American currently completing my prereqs for nursing school online with a community college in my hometown in Florida. However, I have been living in Thailand most of the last 5 years. I just found out that Thailand has two ACEN accredited universities for international students (BSN). Previously, I thought I would for sure have to go to nursing school in the US, but now am thinking I can stay in Thailand. 

Does anyone see any issues with being able to work and get licensed in the US if the international nursing program is ACEN accredited? That seems to be the standard in the US right? 

Has anyone else studied abroad at an ACEN accredited school? 

I am assuming if the school is ACEN accredited and I can pass the NCLEX then I should be good to go right?
