I used this accuplacer study guide for the Sentence, Reading Comprehension and Essay part...
and this for the Math portion:

IMO the Arithmetic and Algrebra is all you need.
This was for the Nursing program at BCC in NJ. I understand they may be changing entrance exams for next year or the year after.....but this was told by a student....so don't quote me on this.
