Accerlerated nursing programs in NY

How hard is it to get into an accelerated nursing program such as Hunter, NYU, SUNY down state, LIU, and Cuny Lehman. I have a 3.8 GPA

Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2:A

Bio 1 : B+

Bio 2: A

Chem 1 and 2: A

Calculus 1 and 2: B

I'm currently starting a Nurse's aid program and taking phlebotomy and EkG courses as well to have a competitive application. I'm also applying to hospitals so that I could volunteer once a week in the ER. I graduate with my bachelors degree next December and I'm hoping all these things play in my favor when I apply to these programs . I still have microbiology and organic Chemistry to take and I know that some of these schools have entrance exams. Would I be able to get into these programs because I hear sometimes a high GPA is not enough and nursing is my passion. I don't care if I was just making 35k a year as long as I love what I do.
