Accepted!!!!

So after a long 3 years and 3 summers in the making, I finally got the call yesterday that I was accepted into nursing school!!! It was the best feeling in the world almost like a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. When I look back, every hour spent studying and all the countless nights preparing for exams in different classes, it was all worth it. Can't believe the first hardest part of getting into nursing school is over. All I gotta is it feels great!!! To any of you aspiring to be nurses, it's definitely a great feeling once you get up to this point, but always remember that there will be struggles along the way. I believe though anyone can get in as long as they put the effort, determination, and willingness to be "hungry" to get accepted. If there is one thing I did learn is not to stress yourself out too much. Take breaks here and there, but still balance your extracurricular activities and schoolwork. If per say you're struggling with information in chemistry, go to your professor's office hour to get a better explanation. Anyways, just wanted to throw my two cents in there. Good luck to everyone this semester along with those waiting for their calls, emails, or acceptance letters!!!

Awesome, which campus?

I'm going to be attending the St. louis MO campus. You?

I applied to Houston, but am sooo uncertain. I have no idea where I stand with them and my stats. If you don't mind me asking, what were your stats?

Yes the feeling of being accepted is soo much better than getting denied! I was denied once and it was horrible. All I can say is thank goodness I didn't give up!! Yay Chamberlain!!!

That's very true. There is still some classes such as the health and wellness, intro to nursing class, and a few more, but in January it's the real deal with everything nursing. Glad you got accepted as well!!!
