A&P 1 - What's important?

I'm currently maintaining a strong A in my A&P 1 class, absolutely loving the material! We're right towards the end of it where we're starting the nervous system. But our last unit was muscles & bones - I finished the exam with a 92, but I don't think I really memorized all the muscles as much as I should have - so since I'm in the class now, should I go back and really try to memorize every single muscle, will it be as important as my teacher harps it is?
