A new Job

I have a general question for anyone and everyone that can help.

What would you suggest, or what have you done in the past when searching for a job that out of state?

So, if you were moving out of state, how would you go about looking for a job in that new state, or in that new area?

I'm trying to steer away from a travel position, but I'm keeping my options open at this point.

What web resources would you reccomend, that are reliable?!
