A MUST for low nurse on the totem pole

This is a MUST read for Nurses that have NO autonomy and are feeling the strain: "Throwing the Elephant. Zen and the Art of Managing Up", by: Stanley Bing.

It's a paperback written for business/corporate world bottom level employees. However, it's just too identifiable with the world of lowly bedside nursing to let it get past us!

It's so funny in its humor, yet, dead-on in its truth!

My dear almost DIL who works for a large university put me onto it after having a conversation with her this past Thanksgiving. Heavens, I just LOVE that girl!
