Hello To everyone! :)
I'm Currently a RN in Singapore. I'm currently working in a Haematology Ward, I've been in Nursing for 3 years. I'm having plans to upgrade myself to BSN level. It has been my wish to further studies and be a Nursing educator to pass on the knowledge of thirst.
I would like to ask the RNs and Nurse Practitioners from Australia, Which is the leading school in Australia's Nursing? I plan to study in Melbourne as compared to Sydney, the standard of living is slightly cheaper am I right? Due to I have three years of experience, I need only a year to 2 years to complete to get my BSN, am I right?
I knew of three famous schools in Australia: La Troube, Uni. of Melbourne and Uni of Sydney. Well, I'm a little confused :uhoh21: on choosing on which school should i pursue my studies.Hope you all can provide me better choice on the schools around Aust for nursing degree. Thanks!
I heard of the La Troube is very theoritical based, tons of books and papers to studies and assignments to work on.. Is that true? Hope the La Troub-ies can help me too! :)
The subject I dislike most is research, due to I don like the process of data collection and entry, to get all the graphs! Guess I'm more of a practical than theory person.
Well, I hope all the little Nightingales angels can help me out. Hope to hear more post and reply to facilitate my understanding and getting a school that suits me most.
Your help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
