A book on charting recommendation

Published

Hi Everyone. I am a new nurse that has just been hired in a rehab facility. I am done with my orientation soon to be on my own. I have been taught about charting by the nurse who oriented me, but I just do not feel that this was enough. I am a big picture person and just being told what to write in the progress notes does not do anything for me. I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a good book that can help me get down the essentials of great charting. Thanks in advance. Sorry if this has been asked before, I am new on the forum.

I also am a one year nurse and found I needed a book or something to help me, I did alot of research and found nothing except on the internet. I googled everything I could and found a little but I guess time and experience will help me. I read alot about charting, so good luck and keep looking, I also am looking myself.
