Maybe it was only once, but I suppose it sticks when I so often, over years now apparently,  thought that must be an explanation for what I was reading.

    What Blumenthal did was wrong but not criminal.  He admitted it and apologized and got re-elected.   I don't think this compares to a convicted felon doing jail time., although Santos too admitted his wrong doing.  Trump is so catty.

    He could have pardoned Santos without being so catty about it.

    I heard Philly's was smaller then the one held in June.

    Anyway,

    The Philadelphia crowd was smaller and I think ahead of time organizers expected it to be smaller.  As these things go I too would expect crowds to diminish over time.  I think we saw the same thing with the Tea Party back when Republicans protested Obama over spending.  

    I'm glad the predictions of violence and destruction didn't occur.  I attended the first but wasn't able to attend the yesterday because of ongoing health issues however word on the street was the crowds were similar in size than the first time.

    At the end of the day the protests aren't really going to change anything just like the first didn't.  

    But eyes are on the midterms and I bet republicans are concerned that this momentum from the left carries over.  Heck, there's even rumors Trump is worried about losing the house and senate and being impeached for something again.  

    Or it could all blow up in Democrats faces like it did in 2026.  

    But at least they owned the libs.

    I drove 500 miles yesterday.  Saw two cars decorated with No Kings nonsense.  And, other then that, wouldn't have known anything was happening.
