Politically motivated indictments to try to slander the greatest Governor in our nation. Why don't you do some research into what that $10 million was used for? It was used for the war on drugs and to try to prevent young people in Florida from succumbing to a life of addiction.

The money was reportedly sent to two PACs to lobby against a ballot initiative to legalize marijuana. I'm not sure that I would consider this a "war on drugs."

Ah, I see I've made a mistake. DeSantis's administration wasn't indicted. The grand jury found that funds were misappropriated, but could't identify who was responsible.

I listened to Katie Phang's explanation of why the money was returned to the state of Florida from healthcare company Centene. But what is not clear, is why $10 million of the $67 million offered by Centene was diverted to the Casey DeSantis nonprofit. And who approved the money being sent to Political Action Committees to lobby against a ballot initiative.

As a Floridian I am thankful every day that ballot was struck down. I've been to Colorado, Maine, and a few other states where these drugs were legalized. Its a slippery slope, you start with children hitting vapes and eating gummies at school and they end up on the streets with fentanyl.

Alcohol is a dangerous drug and addictive. It is known as a gateway drug.

Will Florida be seeking to outlaw it and save millions of lives?

Even in the states where marijuana is legal, it is not legal for children.

Grand jury proceedings are only one-sided. Only the prosecution presents their case and there is no judge.

Almost always, an indictment comes from them. Not this time, however.

So, the report is pretty insignificant.
