The 25th Amendment provides a method to remove a sitting president who is unable to perform the duties of the office and either can't, or won't, willfully step down.

Impeachment and removal from office are found in Articles I and II of the Constitution. Unfortunately, until there are 60 votes in the Senate willing to remove that man, we are stuck, up and until he dies.

What money is he spending that isn't his? If you want to talk about that issue how about we target those utilizing snap, ebt, disability, etc and other econophobic programs?

The EMALS catapult system has both some problems and advantages compared to steam catapults. One of the problems is that the EMALS can easily generate enough tractive force that it can rip off aircraft nose gear if settings are misapplied. Now then, over time EMALS can be recalibrated over and over again to make the launch much more smooth and less stressful on aircraft and aircrews. One advantage of EMALS is that as long as you've got electrical power, you can launch aircraft nearly continuously. Steam cats are great until you lose steam pressure. It can take a while for steam pressure to build up enough to resume launches. One of the downsides of EMALS is that the systems are much more complex than steam systems. With steam, unless the shuttle is slammed into the (literal) end of the track under a LOT of pressure, malfunctions can basically be repaired at sea. EMALS cats will be much harder to repair at sea, if that's even possible. Now then, at least with EMALS, once the system is well-understood, it would be theoretically be easily capable of launching even a glider without damaging anything...

Given that the current carrier design is basically "locked-in" for at least another hull or two, EMALS will be on the next hull and that gives time to either redo the hull after that to handle steam cats OR get EMALS refined enough that they're as reliable as steam while being more gentle on aircraft and aircrews. By then the current President will be out of office and his "preferences" won't matter any longer.

That being said, it shouldn't take about a decade to get any ship built and commissioned... that's a problem that's existed in the US over the last 50+ years.

He reportedly spent more than $16 million on trying to repair the reflecting pool. The cost of the East Wing replacement seems to grow by $200 million each week. Pretty insignificant spending when you consider parasitic entitlement programs like Medicaid are nearly a trillion dollars a year federal + state.

Were you this vocal in 2008 when the East and West wing renovation was $561 million?

The renovations done between 2008 and 2012 were approved during the GW Bush administration and included major safety updates, not creating a party space for the president. And an entire wing was not torn down to start.

Medicaid pays for a great deal of elderly care in our country. And without it, many hospitals would close. Is that what you want, fewer hospitals? That's just stupid.

I qualified for Medicaid when my first child was born. I have since paid it back many times over. I don't consider myself or my child to be parasites. My 86 year old mother in law is a Medicaid recipient. She worked most of her life in a low wage retail setting. She also volunteered with her church and at the Senior Center. She is not a parasite.

The government has no right to meddle with healthcare, it's a direct attack on our bodily autonomy and these unsustainable programs are causing mass inflation. Recipients of Medicaid know that these programs are paid for by the blood, sweat, and tears of the top 20% earners so yes anyone engaging in them is parasitic
