    I just finished applying for multiple jobs in the UAE. Not for psych RN position as my experience lies in ICU, ER and PACU. I can tell you that you must have a BSN to be considered. The pay offered is very good, as long as you negotiate a package where your housing and utilities are included. The rents in UAE are extremely high and you are required to pay for the entire year up front. (Although sometimes they will allow you pay 6 months up front depending on the landlord.) For me, the best option was to use a nurse recruiting agency as they help you with the paperwork and do the negotiating for you. The paperwork can be daunting, but I do believe the financial rewards make it worthwhile. Hope this helps a little.
