Q as per regarding I-1163

Ok, so I know that caregivers who worked as long term caregivers in Washington in 2011 are exempt from this but since I just started working in March of 2012 I won't be.

Anyway, I read that new caregivers must have 75 hours of training comprised of 40 hours of Revised Fundamentals of Caregiving, Mental Health, Dementia, Nurse Delegation and Safety and Orientation and Food Handler's. All of those together will equal 75 hours. Well, when I did my RFOC it was only the 28 hour version and I can't find any class that I haven't already taken...unless you can count the continuing education classes? So, my question is: Will I have to retake RFOC and have it be the 40 hour version rather than the 28 hour course or could I make up the difference of however many hours of training I need to get to 75 with supplemental CE classes? Thanks in advance from a very confused caregiver!
