? about financial aid at Wa comm.colleges
- 0Jun 11, '10 by rokbeI was reading online for NSCC and SSCC that they dont offer federal loans like the Stafford.So what do people do if they need a loan.Im going to have to quit my job to go to nursing school.

- 0Oct 19, '10 by BallardJoI don't know why I was offered what I was--I do work full time but make a bit less than the median salary for Seattle and will stop working once I get into a program. I also took all my pre-reqs at NSCC and got good grades, so maybe the tuition waiver was partially merit-based? If I were you, I would talk to their financial aid office and see what they can do.
