I am planning to transfer my RN license from MA to Virginia OR Washington DC. How's job market for new grad RN in those states?

What do they ask during the phone screening?

@umad, they generally ask you about your past experiences, education and most importantly, why did you apply for the particular position.

Thank you @tenchen89 the recruiter said the phone interview was only 10 minutes so I was wondering what they would ask
