Class ring?

Nursing Students Texas (UTA)

So my stepsister, who is 25 and recently graduated with her bachelors degree, asked me when I will get my class ring. Then we received an email that the rings are for sale. I never thought about getting a class ring. What are you guys doing, getting a ring or not?

I am planning on getting one, whenever I manage to finish the program.

I'm debating it. I'm really not a ring person--I don't even wear my wedding band often (yes, I know, unusual for a female). On the other hand, it would be nice to have a ring to commemorate this...as in addition to the hard work for the program, I went through a lot of stuff in my life to get to this point.

I have a non-nursing degree from UTA and when I graduated I bought a ring. I didn't like the school's rings however and bought one from this company: UTA Seal Rings â€" Mastercraft Jewelry I still wear it (when I wear jewelry at least).

I have a beautiful gold ring from my first BA...and I did wear it for a couple of years. I am actually pretty sure that I can send it back to Jostens to get it changed to a BSN, but honestly, I have not worn the ring in several years now, and I have other rings I like a lot more, so I probably won't.

I will not. I don't wear jewelry and it would just sit in a box somewhere until I die and then it would get thrown away.

I didn't get a ring but did purchase the nursing pin in silver. I didn't really like the look of the rings and they were costly.

Where did you order the pin from? I'd like to get one.

Agree...I think I'd like the pin far more than the ring.
