Hello. My wife and I have decided that we are going to go staff once our current assignment ends. We will either find a job here in WA or drive back to PA to work. We've both received a few phone calls for job opportunities.

Our recruiter keeps putting contracts out for us. We havent received any phone calls. Not sure what I'll do if someone does call. I'm thinking of telling him not to put out contracts for us anymore. But, I work for American Mobile and you know how they are. They'll come up with all kinds of charges and everything else once they find out. So, I'm thinking........dont tell him.

I know though that there is a limit to how many contracts can be submitted for each opening. I dont like the idea of someone who wants the job not being able to apply because I didnt tell my recruiter we were done.

Its a tough call.

HMMM....tough one. (And yes, I know how AM is, I worked for them in the past.)

What I would do is to ask your contact person at the hospital to review their contract with the agency. We never get to see them and there may be a "non-compete clause" or something similar, between the agency and the hospital. Whomever you deal with at the hospital will be able to tell you that.

Or you could just walk away.

What exactly do they charge you for. I am thinking about working with them and that sounds like a red flag to me!
