Hello all...I myself am getting ready to be a first time traveler. I live in MI and am going to take an assignment in CA. My dilemma is travel reimbursement and what would be the most advantageous way to get there. My hubby and I could drive our truck, but would only get reimbursement for the one way or we could fly and get reimbursed but will be without a car. Has anyone had any luck with getting reimbursement for a rental vehicle for the lenth of assignment? Having trouble deciding what company to go with..any ideas about what to negotiate for???
