hi,

Im also with MSN, but with their per diem division they pay well up to $37. I have also talked with recruiters from their travel division they dont pay well. There are other travel agencies that pay waaay better. I signed on with another travel agency thats has better offers and Im with a great recruiter. PM me or email if you need amymore info.

You have to remember that you will always make more per diem than you will as a traveler, because per diem you are not getting free housing & travel reimbursement. You are also usually not getting insurance. As a traveler, you are usually getting these things in addition to your pay.

So is this a fair rate? on both scenarios?

That sounds pretty decent- the stipend might be a little on the low side, though- not sure how much housing costs in Las Vegas...
