Hospitals in Havre de grace MD and New Bern, NC

I've been looking at my next assignment and so far the there hasn't been one where I really want to go, but my recruiter has been talking to me about Havre de Grace, MD, in what they call a "transitional care unit" but appears to be an ICU stepdown sort of place, and also ICU in New Bern, NC. Any experiences with either one?

I did a 6 month travel assingment in New Bern, I worked tele and was floated to ICU once.........It is a nice hospital and everyone was very nice, the one draw back that I had was it was my first assignment and it seemed like there was only one staff nurse most shifts and the rest were travelers. New Bern is a nice town but not much to do. And I was there last June through Dec and I was only able to get about 5 days overtime the whole time I was there.
