Ever traveled/worked in Guam?

My profile was submitted yesterday and this will be my first assignmentif everything goes the way I hope. I'm an ANCC Psych Nurse. After coming back to this site after not visiting for a bit, I'm sort of perplexed about leaving a job of 11yrs to travel at this time, let alone flying this far from home and being a virgin to all of this. Please give it to me on a gut level about the industry right now, I've got a lot to forfeit! You guys are a valuable source of info and I respect your opinions and experience
