Anyone deal with Cirrus Medical Staffing?

I am seriously thinking about leaving a staff nurse position to try traveling. I found, through the internet, Cirrus? They look good; but, looks can be deceiving. Can anyone give me some feedback? I know very little about traveling; but, do know exactly where I want to start out at. There are a few travel companies listing the same jobs, at the same hospitals. Do you think I should contact all of them and see what each has to offer?

As you probably can tell, I am a bit confused. Any and all thoughts, good, bad and ugly are welcome. My main concern is that I don't want my personal information out there all over the place. If things don't work out finding what I want in traveling, I don't want to lose my current staff position by providing a reference from them while I am still negotiating with travel companies.

By the way, if you know a good one (recruiter and/or company) and are offered a referral bonus, PM me.

Ive heard great things about Cirrus and have tried to travel with them several times, but unfortunately they didnt have the specific area I was looking for. They are listed on the top 10 companies to travel with according to Highway Hypodermics and I've never seen a negative thing posted about them on travel forums. Tomi Heidel is the recruiter I've dealt with at Cirrus.
