Wharton County Junior College Prereqs ADN Program

Hello everyone! I took A&P with Mr. ****** and made a B :) LOVED HIM. Second semester I took Dr. ****** and made a C, or a 76.7!!!!! I'm trying to get into the ADN program, and like most of you I'm really worked up about that C. Does anyone know what they go by- like GPA, or the amount of prereqs, or where you live? My neice told me that if you lived in or close to Wharton that that helps tremendously? But she graduated from the ADN program with honors =).. Any tips?

I am also in that school, i had A's in biol 2401 and 2402, but i want to take the micro.. this summer, i know about someone that had 3.2 or 3.3 gpa that got in but she made 28 on her act, i will advise you to do your act very well and then apply, but during the time you are waiting for the reply, you can be retaking the one you had C in. I will be applying to the adn program too but i want to do engl 1302 and microbiology class before applying. i am nervous about my act score, i have done it 3 times, i did the local and national but i got 19 in all. i dont know if it is competitive because that is the minimum requirement. good luck
