Hello All, I am not sure if a thread has already started for the Bacc2 program,but I wanted to stay updated on the status of all the hopefuls out here. The deadline is soon approaching so hopefully I can stay patient during the wait.

I was looking at the previous threads and it seems like they receive acceptance emails on Dec 9th(fingers crossed) I hope we hear something by then . Great way to start off the holiday!

Just applied to the UTHSCSA summer 2013 accelerated program! I applied to UTHSC-H for their spring traditional BSN and haven't heard anything back from them yet. So I'm waiting and trying to keep all of my options open.

This was on the school's website regarding the "profiles" of students they usually accept:

I also applied to UTHSC-H and the wait is killing me:banhappy:. I just applied here last week just in case, so we are in the same boat. I hope we hear something soon!

Has anyone heard anything yet regarding the supplemental app? I read on a different semester's thread that the students received an email saying they were eligible for the program and should be expecting their supplemental application soon.... Anyone know if they are going to do that for us?

....Also, are they still doing an interview as part of the application process? The older threads mention it, but I didn't see anything about interviews in the past 2 years of applicants.

I recieved an email stating that I will be receiving the supplemental application via email in late November/early December

When did you receive the email? I believe you submitted your application several days before me.

I just got an email a little while ago, but it didn't mention the supplemental application. It just mentioned that I need to submit my TEAS score my monday (thanks for the short notice). I initially thought that would be submitted with the supplemental application. I guess I will give them a call.

I just called the SON and the supplemental applications won't be sent out for another few weeks, and they extended the application deadline to 12/3/2012. That means the admissions decisions won't be made until late December.... :(

Hello!

I also applied to this program. I am currently a student at OU, and will not be receiving my degree until May 2013, so I am hoping this does not affect my eligibility. I received an email Monday or Tuesday saying that the Supplemental Application will come out late Nov/ early Dec. How good is yalls GPA and how did yall do on the TEAs? My cumulative GPA is 3.68, and 88% on the TEAs... I am just hoping to stay competitive, since I got a C in Chem I.

My cum. GPA is 3.22 and I got an 84% on the TEAS.... You are in better shape than me.
