How many times have you been able to get tuition reimbursement at your hospital?

Has anyone been successful getting tuition reimbursements for multiple degrees? Such as RN-to-BSN, then MSN, and perhaps even an MBA later? I know that Memorial Hermann offers tuition reimbursement for all of these, but I don't know if they shell out for all the degrees you want while working for them.

At my facility the reimbursement is just a little over 5 grad a year for nursing and a couple other fields and 2,500 for other degrees. I know someone that got her NP while working here. I am getting ready to start my RN-BSN next month.

I realilze programs have tightened up a bit lately ... but at every hospital I have ever worked ... a nurse could "keep going" up the educational ladder. A friend of mine at my current hospital started her career with a BSN. Over the years, she has gotten an MSN plus a post-Master's NP certificate, and is now in a PhD program -- all supported by our tuition reimbursement plan (which pays $2000 per year for full time employees and $1000 per year for part time employees). By being a full time employee and part time student, she has avoided all student loans for her graduate education.

I know lots of people who went from ADN (or diploma) to a BSN and then on to an MSN using tuition reimbursement.

That's awesome. That's what I want.
