Group One background checks

Okay, not from Texas, but very scared of Group 1.....sounds illegal though. Is this not slander? Could they not be sued in a huge class action suit for libel??? I think one of you needs to find a VERY prominent and hungry attorney (just open your eyes:) and look into this. I am sure this is very illegal. Anyone know of any other states that do this?? I just threw up in my mouth thinking about it.

Okay, you got me on that. I am not a high and mighty RN. I enjoy doing the grunt work, but I do not see how that warrants a personal attack on my job and personality!

4. What buck am I trying to pass? And what does it have to do with satisfying my conscience? The facility I work for ran a GP1 background check on me 17 years ago and then again 7 years ago and they both came out crystal clear so I am not sure what your point is here.

5. Who is the THEM you think I wish to work for? I am perfectly happy working for the facility that I work for now, and unless you are some psychic, how do you know that my position is considered by the majority of the workforce to be one rung below a car salesman? What do you think my position is?

6. Sorry I don't understand this paragraph at all! If promises, by you, are made to broken, well then, how are you to be trusted on anything else you say?

a. What exactly have I promised to do? I don't remember promisiing to do anything concerning you, especially with the intention of breaking the alleged promise even IF I ever made one!

b. What exactly doesn't look good for my credibility?

c. What am I trying to justify?

Just wondering where all this hostility is coming from? I don't believe I have ever done anything to hurt you or anyone else! And if I remember right, you were the one who thanked me to stay off the forum. Hmmmm
