Has anyone taken A&P thru DCCCCD telecollege? Any instructor suggestions?

Also, these 2 courses, the 1407 and 1408, are they generally transferable as an acceptable A&P course to other colleges? I am moving to Phoenix to do my bridge and its in my best interest to get this A&P out the way so I can apply as soon as I get there. Thanks!

I took SCIT 1407 and 1407 online through El Centro Community College, which is in the DCCCD network. Both transferred to the school I am attending now in Tennessee with no problems!

I highly recommend Dr. Rutherford. She was really great about returning phone calls and emails, which is inevitably needed at some point when doing distance learning. It's a very straight-forward, structured class. All of the quizzes, tests, and exams were taken directly from the reading assignments and the virtual lab, so there were NEVER any surprises when taking the tests!

The online study guides that accompany the material were also very helpful. It was a great class! No complaints here.

so my next question is, you took exams on campus, right? Was there one time that everyone had to be there, or were you able to sign up for a time? I'd hate to be registered for this section (which I am now) only to find out that I would have to take an exam that's only available Fridays at noon, or something, ya know? Surely the dates are flexible? I emailed the instructor but so far no response. This is an 8-week flex term as well. I expect an exam every other week or so. My "campus" is el centro. To my understanding my only requirement for going on campus is for the tests.

Whats your experience?
