I've never worked for Christus, are you talking about the one in Corpus Christi?

I heard, from people who work there, that they cut benefits & stuff. Compared to how much I was making elsewhere, they do not pay as much. I've been to one Spohn where there morale seemed really low, but then another everyone seemed to really enjoy their job.

No. I would (I don't know if you are an LVN or RN) work at Bay Area or Driscoll (I love peds) as an RN.

Welcome! I volunteered at Driscoll WAAAY before I was ever a nurse & loved it. I have only heard great things about DCH. Nurses there rave about how much they love working there. Good luck!
