I am about to apply to Baylor University Dallas for the Fastbacc program for May 2017, anyone out there applying for this cohort?

I am, I think!!! I have a 4.0 science GPA, but I still have two Spanish courses to take, as well as two religion courses.... And I haven't taken the HESI yet. I made a 87% on TEAS, which I've heard is more difficult than HESI, so I'm not too worried about HESI portion of application. What about you!??

Hi! I will probably finish my app in a day or two. The two religion courses are the problem. I can take the world religion at a community college but I can't figure out where to take the the other religion class since it says it has to be bible based class.

I was reading some of the previous year's forums and they said that baylor started interviewing even before the application deadline? is that true? has anyone received an interview invite?

i submitted my application back in August and had an interview like 2 days after :)

She said they won't send out acceptance letters until the application deadline closes (November 1).

Hi!

I'm applying to the 2017 FastBacc and I have some questions. I submit my documents via the nursing CAS but it still says it is "verifying" and I have not received any emails. It's my understanding that must be complete on the CAS end before they send it off to Baylor.

If someone could explain the process, it would be much appreciated!

Hey, so NursingCAS will verify all your transcripts and then they will send your application to Baylor if there are no issues, it will take 10-15 days after your final transcript is received. Then you will receive an email that your app has been sent and Baylor will send you an email once they received it! Good luck!

When did you submit your application? I had some minor issues with the Nursing CAS but my application was processed the first week of October. However, I still haven't heard anything.

I submitted it a couple weeks ago, it took them about 12 days to verify it and then I got an interview the same day Baylor received my app! If you are concerned about the verification just contact nursing cas to see how far along they are! Also you should receive and email from Baylor once they have received your app.

I just submitted my application on Friday and received an email from Baylor saying that they received it. Hopefully my GPA and HESI score are good enough...I wonder when they start the interview process and send out the acceptance letters- the wait is absolutely killing me!!
