Any Nashville/Clarksville LTC positions for 12 hr shifts or wkend option??

I recently moved to Auburn Ky (temporarily) and have a temp license for Tennessee. I'm looking for a position in LTC, preferably 12 hour shifts or weekend option, (mostly because I currently live about an hour from TN so I know my drive time will already consist of at least that one hour until I get moved into TN. )

Anyone have any recommendations or know of any places that have any openings??? I have plenty of experience (20 years) in skilled/acute care/ and Rehab. I've done wound care, staffing, unit manager position, etc. etc. etc. and usually work 2-3 shifts OT per week if it's available.

I'm thinking of signing on with a staffing agency temporarily but know that shifts aren't guaranteed so am really looking for something more permanent. Any rec's would be greatly appreciated; being new to the area I'm feeling quite lost as far as where to start where I wouldn't be wasting my time......

i just got a job at montgomery care and rehab in clarksville as a cna. and i know they have both 8 and 12 hr shifts for their nurses as far as i know they don;t have a weekend only option unless you do prn. from what i heard the nurses who do the 12 hr shifts they say they have a schedule like 3 days on and 2 days off and 2 days on and 3 days off
