TEAS test Help....

Nursing Students TEAS

Published

So I haven't been in school in 20 years, and I decided I want to be a LPN and found out I have till this Wednesday to submit everything to get in program. So my TEAS test is Wednesday as well, and I suck at math but have been studying test past few days, but the thing that I am scared of failing is the science. I keep taking practice tests and can't seem to get anything right, it looks like a lot to me me rise in just a few days, and I don't want to have wasted $55 for this test and then fail. Anyone know of a free site that I can study on? And do you think I can actually memerize this stuff in such a short time? So nervous. And what questions do they actually ask on test?

Well first off you can't fail the science portion, you can do poorly on it but thats it. It sounds like you are rushing into things, so hopefully you do get higher than the score needed to get in your program, but if you dont, at least you will see your strengths and weaknesses and know how the test is. The best test prep for the TEAS is the TEAS test prep, McGraw Hill had a good book that helped as well but neither of those are free.

Good luck to you though.

Go online to Khan Academy. It has science sections on there, as well as math. YouTube the TEAS review. There are videos that you can watch that will review the English, science, math, and grammar.
