I highly recommend going to the Khan Academy website and watching a FREE video about this, and anything you come across like this that you don't fully understand before your TEAS. They explain things so well, and each video is ~10 minutes. I used it a lot when preparing.

Take a 100 level Biology course and you should be able to answer questions like this:-)
