Hi! Just curious was anyone offered an interview yet? I just submitted my application and am so nervous/excited!

It was a hard interview! They said we would know by January (but I assume since It's rolling it could be earlier)

Why was it a hard interview? Everyone that I know who has interviewed said it was pretty laid back with General "get to know you" type of questions.

What was hard about the interview? Please pm me if you can.

Or can you answer to the board so we can all know. Thanks :)

Has anyone heard Anything as far as interviews go? I called the admissions coordinator and she told me that they filled the interview spots for this week(only 14 people interviewing) and that we won't hear anything until December or January for the next round of interviews . I turned my application in before the priority deadline, and she said the committee just received my application this week because she forgot to process it. She assured me that there are more than half of the seats open for the class. I'm frustrated because I turned my application in early for a reason, now I have to wait to see if I even have an interview. Any updates would be appreciated, thanks!!

For those who interviewed in October, do you know when we are supposed to hear from regarding our admission status? I saw it being mentioned that it would be in December. But, next week is Christmas break. Has anyone spoken to the school about it recently?

Thanks

I interviewed in November and was notified of my acceptance for admission the week after Thanksgiving. They said it would take several weeks to get an official letter from USF office of admissions. Hope this helps.

One of my classmates interviewed in October last year and did not find out until February. Some people were called with the good news on the day of their interview. I interviewed right before their winter break last year, and did not find out until after their break ended in January. It seems to differ across the board for everyone! So, do not be discouraged if you have not heard yet.

Thanks for the information. I was accepted at another CRNA program that starts in January. I was really hoping to find out from USF if I am accepted before I have to start the other program. Also, why do you think the COA states that last year's first-time pass rate is 68% but USF website states it as 93%. Weird, huh? Maybe the COA is posting a different year than 2015.

The 68% pass rate was from the class of 2014. Luckily, things have improved. Another thing to consider at schools is attrition rates. USF's is very low and from what I've seen this first semester I can tell you that they really do want you to succeed in their program.

If the program you have been accepted to starts next month, I would call USF and tell them this ASAP to see if they can let you know a decision.

hey everyone! I wanted to see if there was anyone else that was accepted into the class starting in Aug. 2017 yet? I was accepted October and I would like to make friends with future classmates!! Very excited :)

Hi icuRN2525, hows the program going? I got an interview invite and excited to begin!! Any feedback in general about the program? Do you feel sufficiently prepared so far?
