the capstone project. . .

I'll be starting at Baylor at the end of summer. I know this is a loooong ways down the road, and there are many other difficult things I should be worried about learning first, but I tell you what this 'capstone' project research paper deal has got me worried. Writing is not my 'thing'. I mean, once I get started I'm okay, but man when it comes to trying to be creative and/or coming up with a topic for research? HEEEELLLP.

So um, anybody been there-done that at Baylor? Is the faculty available for questions/input? I've never written a paper like that, heck, I've never been in a masters program!!!!:uhoh21:

The capstone project should be the least of your worries right now. The topic for your capstone project won't need to be decided upon for another 21 months. By the time that rolls around you will realize that you have lots of help and have been adequately prepared to tackle such a project. All that you are concerned about will be resolved in the coming months.

I am currently enrolled at Baylor and the completed paper for my capstone project is due in three months. The good news is that I only have nine months left in the program. And that is all that really matters.

My advice to you is to relax and enjoy your time prior to the start of school. See you in a few months.
