I will have letters of recommendation from an anesthesiologist, a charge nurse, and a nurse practitioner.

Seems like you should get interviews...

The real question is do you think you're a good applicant? I know everyone wants to come online and ask hey am I good applicant, I may have done it myself to be honest. However, truthfully, no one can answer that for you. If you think you're good and you know you're good then just do it and see what happens.

Oh and screw the GRE, I didn't take that crap because I didn't want to spend the money or study anything for another test. There are schools that don't require it. It does narrow your choice of schools down, but in all the schools I've talked to, the GRE is not a good prognostic indicator of success in graduate studies. Good luck.
