Nursing Students NP Students

Hi everyone! I am a student in UAB's RN-BSN program and in my final semester. I applied to the FNP program for Summer 2016 entry. I'd love to meet with other MSN Hopefuls for entry in this semester! Good luck and hope to find some folks to endure this stressful wait until decisions are made!

I applied for the primary PNP route starting summer 2016!

I applied for FNP/palliative care specialty for Summer. I am finishing BSN now as well. Anxiously awaiting.....in Nashville.

Good luck!! I have been accepted at Samford for Spring admission. If I get accepted at UAB and am not happy at Samford there is always the option to transfer my completed classes.

I've also applied- was told by email that we'd find out in the beginning of December! Looking forward to finding out, not so much the long wait..

I applied for Summer 2016 FNP!

The application deadline was extended until November 2. I hope the beginning of December finding out still holds. My CAS transcripts etc still indicate in verification stage. So many things to make us worry !!

In CAS you can choose download app and it if s PDF of your completed app. On page 5 it has selected area of study along with rank. Is rank just the order of progress we are choosing ? I did not choose an alternate so just wondered. ???

I applied to the dual primary/acute PNP program. I hope we hear sooner than later. KCNash did you ever find out what the rank on the application represented?

I had just applied too ... waiting to hear back. Good luck everyone.

I applied for the PMHNP program. The pushed back deadline gave me more anxiety. I was hoping to have a decision by mid-November. But alas will wait for early December. Good luck to all!

I have no idea what the rank means. I'm grasping really to bide the time til we find out! It says rank 1 on mine. I really assume it means the major i chose was my first choice as I did not stipulate a second choice. I wish it meant Im in!!
